Molecular weight determination
Rather than using SDS-PAGE to check the protein size, we provide you to determine the molecular size by mass with error range under ±1Da (high solution).
Usually, we estimate the protein size by SDS-PAGE method. However, if you want to know the more precise molecular weight, mass will be a great choice for you. With the high resolution, the error range is lower than ±1Da. This service is suitable for confirming the synthesis peptide or the expression protein size is fitting your expextation.

Q1. What should I notice if I want to do the molecular weight determination service?
A: The molecular size should not over 70 kDa.
Q2.Can you detect the molecular weight of nucleic acid?
A: Yes, the purity must be >90% for the results to be accurate. Sample buffer must not include high salts. Concentration should be around 10nmol, the volume must not be over 100ul.
